Gently agitate the water to loosen dirt and grime. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling.

Inspect for Damage: While cleaning, inspect the pleat mesh for any signs of wear or damage. Look for tears, frayed edges, or loose threads. Repair or replace any damaged sections to maintain the mesh’s effectiveness.
Lubricate Moving Parts: If the pleat mesh is part of a sliding or folding window & door system, ensure that the tracks and moving parts are clean and well-lubricated. This will help the mesh operate smoothly and reduce wear and tear.
